Check the power outlet and identify if the blue and light-green LED's on Internet Gateway are
illuminated.
•
If the Internet Gateway appears to have no Net connection, verify a computer in the
facility attached to the network has an Internet connection by loading a web page.

Log out of business relationship. Restart the Net Gateway past powering off and then back on. The
Internet Gateway will demand to be unplugged to ability off. Log dorsum into the business relationship.
